What a fall! We have started Nick’s cabin- Winston hauled in the first load of logs yesterday. The foundation is in, flooring, and the first logs are this weeks project. Our friends from Faith Bible Church in Denver will be here this week lending a hand with the project. Honestly, what are we thinking. Building a cabin between groups and our usual fall work?
Our September Sonlight Board meeting this week was very productive, thanks Rob, Jon, Tim and Winston. Lots of creativity flowing around!
We are hosting weekend groups through the fall. Women from Grace Church in Durango are our guests this weekend, Friday was an interesting day with Nick in class in Durango (for a Sonlight license), Winston was hauling logs, so Heather and Mary took care of the group- cooking: dishes: burger cookout and all!
Fresh snow on the high peaks this week- winter is a ‘comin’!
