What is Important to You
As parents and families consider Sonlight camp for summer 2022 we hope you notice things that are important to you. Navigating change and a new normal, the Sonlight leadership team is paying attention to what is taking place in the world around us. We know that the value of camp stays the same, and that the foundations of Sonlight Camp remain as important as ever. So as you explore camp for your kids in 2022, we hope that you’ll notice things about the Sonlight program that are important to you.
We intentionally program our days to create community. Opportunities for healthy collaboration are provided. Kids get outside to hike and play. Joy is mentored and practiced. Sonlight provides space for campers to explore their faith, and we place priority on being a safe space. Join us this summer!
John Hamilton is an expert in youth programming and trauma-informed care at camp. He will be joining part of our staff training this spring.
