God has gifted each of us with wonderfully unique and remarkable talents. Whether it is in teaching, sports, arts, or anything in between, there are so many opportunities to do something absolutely beautiful with any of these talents. We can use these gifts from God to do so much good in this world. God allows us to go beyond this world, not only in what we do and say, but also in our own personal relationship with him. God loves each and every one of us so much and we have the opportunity to shine that same light of love onto others!
Faith in God is so important to camp because not only do we have the opportunity to have a personal relationship with God, but faith also centers our community at camp on God’s love. We then have the awesome chance to share his same love with kids! So, think about the special gifts God has given you and in his love, go ahead and shine his light in this world.
“In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your father in heaven” Matthew 5:16
