Ramping up. It’s a phrase many of us use when we are building energy or increasing speed or feeling the anticipation and possibility of a new adventure. And the summer adventure is close at hand!
From early May the leadership staff welcomes friends and volunteers who bring their energy and willingness to contribute to preparing the facility for summer. Painting, building, praying, mowing, planting, planning and a thousand small tasks help us get ready for the season ahead.
Big projects include rebuilding hammock village, a new face to the climbing wall, moving the WildWest site to a new location and new entrance signs.
Summer #46, much anticipation for the season ahead!
