It’s 2020 and It’s Different!
Family camps, backpack trips and everything Sonlight. We love the families that have come this summer, many long time Sonlight friends as well as some new families. Groups are small as we comply with all the health department requirements. Our dining is all outside and we’re pro’s at sanitizing everything! We’re so grateful for the opportunity to have guests on the property and do ministry. Staff are amazing, willing to do what it takes in this different summer. We’re not happy about facing drought, and continue to pray for rain to soak our meadow. There is so much unknown in the lives of staff and campers as they don’t know what school will look like in the fall, so we are embracing all the familiar things that are Sonlight. Great food, good community, conversations that explore our faith and lots of laughter. If you don’t get to join us this summer, plan for 2021!
