Staff Training
We start each summer with staff training. 10 days of community building, learning how camp operates, daily routines, camp preparation and more. We are inspired, encouraged and oh so excited about the summer! Counselors, videographer, backpack guide, cooks, behind the scenes (BTS) staff and leadership staff all come together to prepare the camp physically and our selves emotionally for the kids who will come through our doors in a few short weeks. Our 2018 staff is made up of those completely new to Sonlight, as well as returning staff, and some who grew up as campers but have not yet been staff. What a great crew!
