We believe space and freedom are important for the overall camp experience, we also desire for parents to feel connected with their children during camp. And obviously campers love to hear from parents to know that they are loved and missed.
COMMUNICATION from CAMP to HOME
Photos: Photos are uploaded daily so you can take a peek at what’s happening during your camper’s session. We are mindful of the power of summer camp to provide opportunity for parents and children to step away from constant contact. Daily photos will focus on an overall view of our day, and not individual camper photos. Use your Camp In Touch account to view photos.
Texts From Camp: New in 2025 the Leadership Team will send a mid-week text with highlights of our week.
COMMUNICATION from HOME TO YOUR CAMPER
Emails: Use your Camp In Touch account to send one-way emails to your camper. We print and deliver them daily.If campers want to reply to an email, they will need to send a handwritten letter via standard mail. In rare instances, we reserve the right not to deliver emails that we deem inappropriate for any reason at our own discretion.

Care Packages: Continuing for summer 2025 we are encourating parents to send at most one care package to their camper for the week.
POLICY ON PHONE CALLS & VISITS:
We do not encourage phone calls to your camper or allow visits. We have found that this disrupts the camp and camper experience. Please contact your camper as directed above through letters, care packages and emails through your account.
