As campers will allude to, our Summer Staff is the greatest resource Camp has. These young adults invest not just their time but passions, interests, and energy to contribute greatly to our community. Whether as a Camp Counselor, Program Support, in the kitchen, and beyond – our Summer Staff strive to embody our motto “Be with Kids, and Show Them God” in all that they do. Though it feels as though we just said goodbye to our wonderful 2024 Staff – we are eagerly ready to meet the potential this upcoming staff will hold as we begin hiring for next summer.
Our 2025 team will consist of some familiar returning staff, a handful of International friends, and new faces we haven’t yet met. Working at a camp requires individuals to possess resilience, patience, joy, grace, and willingness among other attributes as healthy communities aren’t just given but formed. It is the individual gifts that each potential staff holds that contributes to the powerful team our campers come to know and love year after year.

Through the years we’ve seen the impact being on staff has not only for campers but the staff members themselves. It’s been said, “to be on staff is to be a part of something bigger than yourself”, and we hope you consider contributing to that something bigger in 2025 with us.
