In Colorado, we celebrate Giving Tuesday by scheduling a donation to our favorite non-profit for Colorado Gives Day!
Sonlight Camp participates in Colorado Gives Day as we are proud to participate in local philanthropy. Colorado Gives Day is more than just a day. It’s a movement that inspires and unites thousands of donors to give where they live and support Colorado non-profits.
Go online now, and schedule a donation to Sonlight Camp for next Tuesday December 10th Colorado Gives Day.
Give Sonlight today by donating to the scholarship fund providing camp for kids who need a little financial help. Or contribute to the program excellence fund which provides continuing education for staff as well as additions to the program budget for us to go above and beyond. Or Give Sonlight to the Next Generation by donating to the Sonlight endowment, to provide a revenue stream in perpetuity. Our current campaign to support the endowment is the Cup A Day campaign. Donate the value of a cup of your favorite beverage for a week a month or a year!
Donors make a difference!
A former Sonlight staff member provided a touch of home to a local Pagosa boy when he was in a Denver hospital for surgery. The former staff gal, Heather, was his nurse. The quote below from Justin Cowan, the Pagosa Springs Elementary School Principal, a friend of the boy’s mother.
