Such A Productive Week
Friends from Covenant Presbyterian Church, Wichita, Kansas were at Sonlight this week for their annual mission trip. Such a week of progress! The big showy project was finishing up Kelsey’s Wild Place — the treehouse. But of no less importance is all the cleaning, painting, mowing, organizing and gardening that also got finished. Fourteen adirondack chairs have a shiny coat of new paint, the flower beds are ready to be planted, the meadow mowed, aerated and fertilized as well as all the staff cabins and nurses trailer cleaned and organized. For 16 years we have enjoyed friendship with these folks, and the work the have done at Sonlight Camp is significant. Thanks friends! We’re already working on “the list’ for 2018!
