Wrapping Up
Our last March group this weekend, we love having CenterPoint church youth group kids from Pagosa at Sonlight. Spring is in the air, the meadow melting quickly. Peaks are still white, with plenty of snow at the ski area. Summer is around the corner! Chelsea and Winston are wrapping up staff hiring and 2016 store merchandise is ordered. We are finalizing our staff training schedule. In May we’ll spend 10 days with our summer staff, building community, sharpening the skills we need to work with youth, getting oriented to how we lead every activity at Sonlight from digglers, archery, small group times, group games, free time, cabin time to hikes and rafting and more. It’s a great time of year as we finish up winter season and look forward to summer #37.
