How often do you look up and realize you’ve been skimming Facebook for the last hour? I do it too, so believe me there’s no judgment from my end. Even when I’m surrounded by beauty I still find myself looking down to check my phone every so often. Here at camp we have the unique opportunity to disconnect from the internet and reconnect with God’s beauty. My summer challenge: don’t go online. It will be hard but there is so much joy and beauty in our world it’s good to stop and appreciate it every now and then.
