Letter From The Directors

Dear Friends,

What a privilege it is for us to have your child at Sonlight Christian Camp for a week or more this upcoming summer. We look forward to a time of laughter, great food and many fun activities together. The week will be a balance of learning about ourselves and God, a time to ask those tough questions and an opportunity to grow as a person. With hiking, campfires and crazy games, we’ll explore God’s creation and life as we know it. It should be the BEST week of your child’s summer.

If you have any questions or concerns about Sonlight Camp, our staff or our program, please contact us. If there are unique or special circumstances about your child, also let us know so we can serve your family better. Our passion is kids and camp. We want every camper to love their camp experience. Pay Your Tuition

 Tuition is due in full by May 15 unless you have enrolled in a Payment Plan by April 30th

For the security of your personal information, please do not e-mail credit card numbers.

Payments may be made:

*By Mail – Tuition Payment forms with credit card information or checks may be mailed to the Sonlight office at P.O. Box 536, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147.

*Online – *Make a payment online* through the Parent Dashboard. Please use the same login information you used to register and look for the yellow icon for the Financial Management screen.

*By Phone – Contact Sara at 970.264.4379 to make a payment by credit card over the phone.

*By Fax Click here to download a Tuition Payment form. Completed forms may be faxed to 877-335-2331.

Directions to Camp

Sonlight Camp is located 7.5 miles outside of Pagosa Springs.  Click on the map below to customize directions or use the address 1536 Sonlight Place, Pagosa Springs CO in your GPS.  If you get lost, give us a call at 970.264.4379 and we’ll help you out!

Health Form and Physical : due by May 15th

(Health forms and physicals are required by Colorado State regulation, and must updated every year)

 All Camper forms and documents can be found in the Camp In Touch Parent Dashboard.  Look for this yellow icon with the Forms and Documents link.

  • Health Form: To be completed by the camper’s parent or guardian and contain the most up-to-date health concerns and emergency contact information.  Health form may be completed digitally, or you may download your camper’s unique form in your Camp In Touch Dashboard
  • Physical Form: must be completed by a medical doctor, physician’s assistant or nurse practitioner, based on an examination within 12 months of camp.  Please download your camper’s unique form in your Camp In Touch Dashboard

To find out if we have a current physical on file for your camper, please log into your Camp In Touch Dashboard to see if your child’s required forms have been received and are complete or contact Sara at

Dietary Considerations

Sonlight understands that food allergies and intolerance can be a challenge and we are prepared to accommodate medically verifiable allergies and intolerance. If your child has a medically directed food allergy or intolerance, and is indicated on your child’s Physical Form, please contact Sara at to get the menu for your child’s camp and suggested shopping lists for the camp week.


Many of our campers drive quite the distance to spend a week a Sonlight. Often families are coming from the same area and carpooling can be arranged. If you are interested in carpooling, please make sure you have indicated that we can share your information for carpooling when you registered your camper, or e-mail Sara at, to allow us to share your information with other families looking to coordinate rides.

Cancellation Policy:
Should you cancel your reservation, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within one week of your camp, and we are unable to fill the spot, there are no refunds. There are no refunds or pro-rated pricing for early departures or late arrivals.
