Community. Genuine relationship. A place to put kids in the presence of God. Unplugged space.
The foundation of everything we do - creating community. Providing a safe place for kids to be kids. Being with kids, and showing them God. Through worship, Bible study, games, activities and food, we believe in kids and desire that they know they are loved.
31 seasons of Sonlight. This place is possible only through the contributions from many, many people. Generous donations of time from individuals. Workgroups. Special projects by individuals.
Financial contributions. The choice of the highest tier of camp tuition. Contributions to the scholarship fund. Board members who volunteer their time. This thing called Sonlight is a journey we are on together.

In 2009 we launched our "30-4-30" campaign, to raise funds to sustain Sonlight. We had amazing response, and raised funds to contribute to our financial foundation to move in to our next 30 years. Funds given to the scholarship fund have allowed Sonlight to distribute $6000 in 2010 to kids who needed financial help to come to camp. Other donated funds have been saved to move in to the future, as we anticipate facility maintenance and the expense of increased regulation. Some "Sustain Sonlight" funds have been spent as listed below. We invite you to continue the journey with us.
